Another fast and easy recipe you can make in the morning and come home to the smell of dinner cooking.

Great to use for breakfast burritos. Cook in the crock pot through the night. The next morning warm tortilla shells and fill with casserole mixture. Add salsa, sour cream, additional cheese or any of your favorite burrito topping.
