I take this to every potluck when a salad is called for.  Even my picky kids love this salad.

I am addicted to this salad! I got it out of the Leamington, UT ward cookbook.

This is called a salad, but we like it better as a dip served with corn chips. Keeps for days in the refrigerater. The flavor gets better the second day. It makes a lot, so it is great for reunions and family dinners.
